Will my clients' callers ever hear your name?
Not on the phone. The AI answers as your client's business. Texts come from your client's business too, except that carriers require the platform's name on a customer's first text and on the STOP and HELP replies, which say “Sent via CallerWho”. Your client signs in to the CallerWho app to see their calls and jobs.
How does the 25% work?
You get a link with your own partner code. When a client signs up from it, they are tied to you, and you earn 25% of what they pay us, including the monthly plan and the per-new-caller fees, for as long as they stay a customer.
What does it cost my clients?
Referred clients are on our standard plans, published at callerwho.com. If you resell, wholesale pricing is set with you on a call with our founder.
Who sets up and supports the client?
We do. A client is answering calls in about fifteen minutes: their hours, their services, their prices and how they want urgent calls handled. Our team supports them after that.
Do my clients have to change their phone number?
No. They forward the number they already have to the AI, or take a new local number from us.
Can I hear it before I talk to anyone?
Yes. Call (818) 927-3243 any time. It asks for a plumbing company's name, then answers as that company while you play a customer. For property managers, call (310) 731-4869 and play a tenant.
